Biotechnology and patents. Participation on behalf of Instituto Bernabeu.

The third edition of the University of Alicante’s event on Patent Rights and Biotechnology will take place next Thursday 19^th November. This forum aims to bring together university lecturers, lawyers and other experts in the field of biotechnology to discuss matters of interest within the sector given that it is an area which is gaining strength within society and which is based upon knowledge.

In this edition, our colleague, Mr. Francisco Compañ, will represent Instituto Bernabeu in a presentation entitled ‘Legal Aspects of Assisted Reproduction Techniques and Patents in Embryo Research.’
