Dr Ruth Romero

Graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2011. She completed her specialty in Gynaecology and Obstetrics at the Hospital Universitario of Móstoles between 2012 and 2016.

Before joining Instituto Bernabeu in January 2017, with the opening of its Madrid clinic, she worked as a specialist doctor at the Hospital Universitario of  Móstoles and the Hospital Quirón Sur in Madrid.

She is lecturer on the Master´s Degree in Reproductive Medicine at the University of Aliccante and  on the Master´s Degree in Endometriosis at the Technological University Tech.

Member of the SEGO (Spanish Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics) and the ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction).

Her areas of interest include hysteroscopy and the study of repeated implantation failure.

Principal investigator and sub-investigator of several clinical ongoing clinical trials.

She is the author and co-author of various scientific publications in the field of gynaecology and has participated in numerous training courses and congresses.

She currently coordinates the Embryo Implantation Failure and Repeated miscarriage  Unit at Instituto Bernabeu.
