Women at Instituto Bernabeu defend this 8th of March with a video

March the 8th defends women’s role in the 21st century society. Instituto Bernabeu, which was created for and to women, has gather a female representation of our human team to thank all those women who opened the equality path, also those who are present now and to all of those who will come later. We know there’s still a long way to go, but also that much of the way has been already achieved. At Instituto Bernabeu, women are doctors, scientific, directors, administrative, maintenance…

With this video today we face the demand of women which is full and real equality.

This is a tribute to WOMEN, to our grandmothers, mothers, wives, companions, daughters, aunts, nieces, friends, acquaintances and strangers. And for all men who, like us, believe in equality.

The clinic has already broken glass ceilings. 84% of its workforce are women. Furthermore, 50% of its managers also have a woman’s name. Instituto Bernabeu Group is constantly changing and developing to promote personal, professional and conciliation growth of its female and male staff.
