IB Patient Web Access: Improving patient information and communication

This new tool has been designed by our personnel in order to be constantly in touch regarding the progress of each treatment.
At Instituto Bernabeu each treatment is unique as it is individual to the needs of each patient. Our commitment to keeping close communication between medical personnel and the patient has been at the root of the design and implementation of this unique tool. Thanks to new technologies we have been able to offer a real-time connection to the progress of the patients’ treatments as well as with the medical team who are managing their case giving the patient peace of mind.
The patient need only access our Web page and introduce their private code which everyone will receive during their First Visit. In this way they will be connected to all the information relating to their case.
