Dr Ana Fuentes

Dr Ana Fuentes was awarded a Degree in Medicine by the University of Castilla La Mancha in 2008. She completed her training as a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology during the years 2009-2013, at the Hospital General Universitario in Albacete. After her training she worked for 3 years as a Specialist Physician of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the Health Service of Castilla La Mancha.

She joined the team at the bernabeu institute in alicante in november 2016.

She completed a Master’s Degree in Advanced Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery at the University of Valencia and a Master’s Degree in Health Law and Bioethics at the University of Castilla La Mancha.

Lecturer of the University Master’s Degree in Masculine Infertility at the University of Castilla La Mancha and in the University Master’s Degree in Reproductive Medicine at the University of Alicante.

She is the author and co-author of various scientific publications and book chapters, and has participated in numerous training courses and congresses.

Member of the Spanish Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics (SEGO), SEF( Spanish Fertitlity Society) and ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology).

Her areas of interest are the study and treatments of low ovarian reserve and premature ovarian failure.

At Instituto Bernabeu, she manages the Low Ovarian Reserve unit.
