Dr Dori Rodríguez
Adoración Rodríguez Arnedo graduated with a degree in Biology from the University of Alicante in 1998. Her specialist subject was biotechnology.
She was awarded her doctorate by the University of Alicante in 2004 for her thesis in the field of biochemistry, molecular biology and proteomics.
Whilst she was completing her thesis, she was an associate lecturer and gave both theory and practical classes on biochemistry and molecular biology to students on Biology, Chemistry and Nursing courses. In 2005, she became part of the Instituto Bernabeu Embryology and Molecular Biology laboratory staff. Since then, she has given numerous oral presentations at congresses and has published various articles in specialist journals. She was called on to stand as chairwoman of the session on vitrification at the 24th edition of the ESHRE congress held in 2008. She is a member of national and international scientific societies linked to assisted reproduction (ASEBIR and ESHRE) and molecular biology (SEBBM). Since 2011, she has held the position of Embryology Laboratory Coordinator.
Adoración obtained Senior Level Embryology Certification from the ASEBIR and ESHRE scientific societies in 2013 and 2014, respectively.
She is a lecturer on the Master’s course on Reproductive Medicine at the University of Alicante.
Her field of special interest centres around writing and developing R&D projects and she currently combines her healthcare work with research.
