Instituto Bernabeu clarifies doubts regarding recurrent miscarriage via a digital talk offered to women around the world

Juan Carlos Castillo, gynaecologist at the Instituto Bernabeu, has participated in a webinar (a talk given via internet in real time) offered by the English egg donation platform EggdonationFriends.com. The aim was to inform and respond to doubts sent by people around the world about infertility. The webinar was presented in English and it specifically dealt with recurrent miscarriage and embryo implantation failure. More than fifty people registered to express doubts and pose questions about the topic.

Instituto Bernabeu has a specific unit that studies implantation failure and recurrent miscarriage from a multidisciplinary angle with gynaecologists, molecular biologists, endocrinologists, geneticists and embryologists, who study the mother, as well as the father and the embryo, analysing it chromosomally to discover whether a possible abnormality may lie behind the problem.
