What is anorgasmia?

Anorgasmia is the inability to reach orgasm. It is recurring and persistent and occurs after a normal, intense and lengthy time of sexual excitement. Along with lack of sexual desire, this is the most common sexual dysfunction in women. It is relatively infrequent and is usually psychogenic based as the orgasm takes place exclusively in the brain cortex.
