Dr Andrea Bernabeu addresses innovation and research at an expert’s meeting in Madrid.

On 14 September, Dr Andrea Bernabeu García, Medical Director of the Instituto Bernabeu Group, attended the workshops ‘Referencial. Mentoring to improve management and decision-making in fertility’, organised by Gedeon Richter in Madrid. This event brought together leading professionals in the field of gynaecology and reproductive medicine to share knowledge and experiences in fertility management.

During the meeting, Dr Bernabeu, together with Dr Dolors Manau from Hospital Clínic de Barcelona, presented the workshop entitled ‘Research and innovation in fertility, how to be a protagonist’. Both experts addressed the importance of scientific research and innovation in reproductive medicine, generating a space for reflection and dialogue among attendees on advances in this field.

The event also included different lectures and workshops, covering topics such as patient communication, leadership and team management in fertility, and the expectations of fertility leaders. The day concluded with a masterful lecture on analysis and decision making, consolidating the goal of improving fertility management.
