Dr. Andrea Bernabeu takes part in the round table discussion on medical advances in the 21st century at the Medical Students’ Congress.

This event, which is now holding its 39th national edition, receives the support each year of the Rafael Bernabeu Foundation, the Social Welfare Institute of the Bernabeu Institute

The medical co-director of Instituto Bernabeu, Dr. Andrea Bernabeu, is participating as a speaker at the National Congress of Medical Students of the Miguel Hernández University, which is celebrating its 39th national and 17th international edition in 2021. The meeting will take place from the 27th to the 29th of October 2021 at the Official Association of Doctors of Alicante.

On Wednesday the 27th of October, Dr. Bernabeu will take part in the round table on “The advances that the 21st century has brought to how we address health from the beginning of life”. She will be participating together with the Head of Paediatrics at the General University Hospital of Alicante, Javier González de Dios and the Head of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the Vall d’Hebron Hospital, Dr. Elena Carreras. Moderated by the paediatric cardiology specialist, Dr. Francisco Sánchez Ferrer, the round table will present different diagnostic and treatment techniques ranging from before conception to adulthood. As well as the importance of disseminating and offering a more humane approach to medicine.

The Rafael Bernabeu Foundation, the Social Welfare Institute of the Bernabeu Institute is once again supporting the Medical Students’ Congress. This collaboration is in keeping with the values of the Rafael Bernabeu Foundation, which seeks to encourage and stimulate student initiatives.
